Our visits include 360° photo capture and documentation of the interior and exterior progress throughout construction, enabling the team to virtually walk the site from anywhere at any time. We collect the visual data and observations for tracking progress and identifying issues for follow-up and resolution.
Our observations provide insights to track progress and risks with integrations and reporting on key milestones, progress, quality, and health and safety. We can identify and locate reinforcing after the concrete is poured, MEP after the walls and ceilings are closed, and interior elements. Without the delay of searching through plans and asbuilts to find critical systems information. We will capture the construction in progress and make it accessible via our visual 360° photo documentation platform.
With our Observations complete, mapped to floor plans and accessible online, Contractors and Clients can view the project from anywhere, anytime. Our platform is provided for access and allows you to walk through the construction site anywhere to see the current progress. We capture the detail through construction phases, providing a valuable resource for wider team use, including assessing programme progress, defect progress, one source of truth to progress and avoid future issues and disputes and streamline handover and support asset and facilities management beyond construction.
We schedule, chair and document regular Observation review meetings with the Design and Build team, and prepare detail ahead of these sessions for team input, update and response to key observations and queries, managing issues quickly while recording progress and resolution throughout construction.
